Edith is the Arielle CEO. She is a Kenyan who has seen her people struggle and in her words, “enough is enough.” Edith is best described as a serial entrepreneur. She a director at Job Creation LTD where they have already created over 11,000 jobs in Africa. She is also the CFO/Co-Founder of Creative Brain Academy. She holds a Masters in International Business and another in Finance, but ultimately her life mission is to create lasting social impact in the African continent.
Feruz is the company Chief Business Development Officer. She is also a kind hearted, caring and incredibly passionate Eritrean. She is a go getter but more than that, her heart is for the people and helping the people. She may have work experience from European countries particularly in Business Development and Operations, a Masters in International Business and connections under her belt but she is so much more. Feruz is our partner, expansion and growth guru helping us grow throughout the African continent and beyond.
Tebogo is the Arielle money queen! Meet our CFO. She is as glamorous and intelligent as they come! This South African beauty is a business and finance analyst by profession, has experience in the Health Care Industry in South Africa and holds a Masters in International Business and a Bachelors in Economics with a passion for Social Impact. Her tenacity and bravery sets her apart from the crowd!
SALLY KENDI GITONGA
Sally is the Arielle CMO (Chief Marketing Officer), she holds a bachelors of Engineering in Chemical and Pharmaceutical Engineering from University of Leeds, and a Masters in International Business from Hult Business School. Sally is an entrepreneur herself, as the co-founder of Lysa Africa which is a social digital space that showcases young and upcoming creatives. Sally also works as the head of marketing at Salmer Fitness Centre, a wellness centre offering premium services to their clientele.
ALICE KAVATA NZAU
Meet Kavata, the Arielle COO (Chief Operations Officer), an intelligent, meticulous, hard-working Kenyan with a passion for family, people, corporate finance and building systems for efficiency and effectiveness. She believes that the gold in any institution is in its people and that everyone has something to offer. Providing them with the relevant tools and the right environment allows them to thrive. She possesses experience in corporate finance and impact investing and strongly believes in a value-based approach in empowering Entrepreneurs with a holistic learning experience. She is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Development Finance.
Maureen is the Arielle CSO (Chief Sustainability Officer) , she holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance major), from Strathmore University and is an entrepreneur herself, a farmer in Kenya. Maureen has been a Volunteer at International Rescue Committee (IRC) Nairobi, tutored refugees in basic English, Mathematics and Kiswahili skills and helped refugees write resumes and prepare for job interviews. She further mentored Primary School Children from slum areas aged between 10-14years, worked in finance and is a Certified Public Accountants (CPA).
WHAT WE DO:
Arielle is a Social Enterprise with a passion for young people. The main aim of this social enterprise is to mentor, train and coach the youth from Kenya, Ethiopia, Ghana, and South Africa so as to give them all the skills they need to not only start but maintain their businesses successfully. Arielle understands the challenges entrepreneurs face and thus has chosen to not only provide business skills but to also be the link to sources of funding, long-term mentorship, legal support and business connections for these entrepreneurs. At the end of the day, the main goal of this company is to create a total of 113,000 jobs in Africa over the next 10 years. This will be done in four main industries, namely; Food and Beverage, Agriculture, IT and the Arts.
