THE executive TEAM
Edith is the acting Arielle CEO. She is a Kenyan who has seen her people struggle and in her words, “enough is enough.” Edith is best described as a serial entrepreneur. She a director at Job Creation LTD where they have already created over 11,000 jobs in Africa. She is also the CFO/Co-Founder of Creative Brain Academy. She holds a Masters in International Business and is also pursuing one in Finance, but ultimately her life mission is to create lasting social impact.
Feruz is the COO of Arielle. She is also a kind hearted, caring and incredibly passionate Eritrean. She is a go getter but more than that, her heart is for the people and helping the people. She may have work experience from European countries particularly in Business Development and Operations, a Masters and connections under her belt but she is so much more.
Tebogo is the Arielle money queen! Meet our CFO. She is as glamorous and intelligent as they come! This South African beauty is a business and finance analyst by profession, has experience in the Health Care Industry in South Africa and holds a Masters in International Business with a passion for Social Impact. Her tenacity and bravery sets her apart from the crowd!
Tim is the Arielle CMA (Chief Marketing Ambassador). He has previously worked at Transformational Business Network (TBN), an organisation that ran an accelerator program for entrepreneurs in the social business space. He has since geared his profession to making an impact in the society. In his downtime, he enjoys reading and consuming knowledge through film and performing arts. He also co-runs a Creative & Digital Agency with his best friend and boy, doesn’t he love his food!
Maureen is the Arielle CEA (Chief Executive Ambassador) , she holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance major), from Strathmore University and is an entrepreneur herself, a farmer in Kenya. Maureen has been a Volunteer at International Rescue Committee (IRC) Nairobi, tutored refugees in basic English, Mathematics and Kiswahili skills and helped refugees write resumes and prepare for job interviews. She further mentored Primary School Children from slum areas aged between 10-14years, worked in finance and is a Certified Public Accountants (CPA).
What we do:
Arielle is a Social Enterprise with a passion for young people. The main aim of this social enterprise is to mentor, train and coach the youth from Kenya, Ethiopia, Ghana, and South Africa so as to give them all the skills they need to not only start but maintain their businesses successfully. Arielle understands the challenges entrepreneurs face and thus has chosen to not only provide business skills but to also be the link to sources of funding, long-term mentorship, legal support and business connections for these entrepreneurs. At the end of the day, the main goal of this company is to create a total of 113,000 jobs in Africa over the next 10 years. This will be done in five main industries, namely; Food and Beverage, Agriculture, Retail, IT and the Arts.
